What age is the conference geared for?

This weekend is for all young women who desire to go deeper in their walk with Christ - the typical age is 16-25, but both older and younger women are welcome!  For younger girls age 12-15, we’ve designed a special Princess of Purity track geared specifically for this age, and then they will join the rest of the conference attendees for all of the general sessions.  This conference (as well as the Princess of Purity track) is completely appropriate for younger girls, including those with home-schooled or sheltered backgrounds.  Moms are welcome to attend with their daughters!

Can a mom or youth leader attend?

Yes!  Moms and leaders are welcome to participate.  However, due to limited space, we are unable to provide any discounts for leaders/mothers except for the $10 discount available to groups.

How do I request a specific roommate, or multiple rooms together on-campus?

Email Jasmin as soon as possible with the specifics of your request and we will do our best to accommodate you!

How do I register my group and get the $10 discount for each registrant?

In order to register a group you will need to have one person register for all the attendees.  This will mean that one person registering will need to collect the necessary personal information from each attendee prior to entering the process.

Here’s a quick breakdown of the process:

First, enter the registration site and there will be four different pages to walk through.  The first page is the “personal information” page.  After you fill this out, it will take you to the “conference tracks” page.  After you select the conference track that you would like to take, it will say “add another person” or “continue to next step”.   At that point, you will add another person, and thusly begin the process again.  You would then need to walk through this process again and again until the information for each member of your group has been entered.  When you are done adding all attendees then select “continue to next step” and it will take you to the check out page.   A discount of $10 will be automatically applied to all members of the group upon checkout.  If you have any questions or problems regarding group registration, please email Jasmin Howell, jasmin@setapartgirl.com for assistance.

Will the conference be recorded?

Yes.  It is always out intent to capture in audio (and even video) what transpires at these conferences.  The breakout sessions on Saturday will likely only be captured in audio, however, the general sessions will be captured in both audio and video and will be available to purchase through our online store sometime after the conference concludes.

Do you offer scholarships?

Unfortunately, we don’t have any scholarships available for this conference.  Instead we have made the conference as inexpensive as we possibly can in order to make it as widely accessible to girls around the world.

How can I request promotional material to spread the word to my church?

We would love to have you help us spread the word about this conference!  Please email our coordinator, Jasmin Howell, at jasmin@setapartgirl.com to request conference flyers (and please include your mailing address.)  You can also ask Jasmin how to download our conference promotional video in order to show it to others.

What if the conference is full when I try to register?

Once the conference is full, this fact will be announced on our website.  If you attempt to register after the conference reaches capacity then you would be notified of this fact as you went through the registration process.  You can at that point choose to be added to the “waiting list”.  Each year we typically have a few cancellations right before the event, so it’s worthwhile to join the waiting list if you really are serious about being a part of the action.

What are the on-campus accommodations like?

The Ellerslie campus is a peaceful setting with an unobstructed view of the beautiful Rocky Mountains.  The buildings are situated next to a sparkling lake, offering daily views of the magnificent Colorado sunsets.  Many of our dorm rooms have views of the mountains, and there is a quiet stillness over the entire campus - refreshingly separated from the hustle and bustle of city life, but with nearly every “big city convenience” a short 5 to 15 minute drive away.

Dorm rooms are modern and comfortable, with 2-3 beds, desks, closet space and “shared” private bathrooms between every 2 dorm rooms.  For pictures of the campus, click here.

Where is Windsor located?

Windsor, Colorado is a charming city of 15,000 people, nestled within the “Front Range Corridor,” which runs along I-25 at the eastern base of the Rocky Mountains. Loveland and Fort Collins are each 10 minutes away, and are larger cities with modern shopping, hospitals, and city-life.  Denver is a 45 minute drive away, and our closest airport is Denver International - about one hour away from the Ellerslie campus
