Everyone is responsible for their own transportation to the conference, however we do offer the option of booking shuttle service to and from the Denver airport to the Ellerslie campus, through our online store. (To book, click the shuttle button below.) This saves you money on shuttle costs (only $44) and gives you a chance to connect with other conference attendees as you travel to and from the event. Please note that if you are planning to stay off-campus, you are responsible for your own transportation to and from the conference from your lodging site.
IMPORTANT FLIGHT DETAILS
When you book your spot on our shuttle, you need to have already booked your flight. In order to utilize the shuttle you flight arrival/departure must coordinate with the time frames listed. Your flight must arrive into Denver by 3:30PM on Friday, June 3rd and be scheduled to leave AFTER 3.00PM on Sunday, June 5th. Do this before May 27th and follow the instructions provided in our store.
If you are planning to stay for Monday's Day at Ellerslie, shuttle transportation to the airport may be purchased. Please schedule your flight to leave AFTER 6.00PM.
About Windsor, CO
THE WINDSOR EXPERIENCE
Windsor, Colorado is a charming city of 15,000 people, nestled within the "Front Range Corridor," which runs along I-25 at the eastern base of the Rocky Mountains. One of the crowning features of this quiet bedroom community is the bicycle trail that winds through town, around Windsor Lake, along the Poudre River, and then on to Greeley and Fort Collins. Another highlight is the quaint Main Street experience on the east side of Windsor. The street is lined with boutique gift shops, a nostalgic malt shop, and a friendly flower shop, all within walking distance to the lovely Windsor Lake. If you come on the right weekend, you might just catch a community barbecue or find that 5th Street is closed off for a community gathering, like the summerlong Saturday Morning Market!
Loveland and Fort Collins are each 10 minutes away, and are larger cities with modern shopping, hospitals, and citylife. Denver is a 45 minute drive away, and the closest airport is Denver International (DIA) - about one hour away from the Ellerslie campus.
THE COLORADO EXPERIENCE
Windsor is a one-hour drive from many of Colorado's most popular locations, such as Rocky Mountain National Park. This world-renowned natural wonderland is frequented by tourists from around the world and it's terrain varies from majestic mountain peaks (over 60 of which are at least 12,000 feet), forests and mountain tundra. The park, which is spread across 265,000 acres, offers 359 miles of trails, 150 lakes and 450 miles of streams. Highway 34 runs from I-25 (two exits south of the Windsor exit) through Estes Park and on through the park. It's a great place to visit while you are in Colorado, as are the many other mountain towns within driving distance, such as Keystone, Winter Park, and Copper Mountain. And if you ever drop by for a visit in the wintertime, some of the best skiing in the world is a 2 hour drive away.
Colorado boasts a glorious 300 days of sunshine each year, with a pleasant climate during all seasons. Summers are warm and dry - the average temperatures are in the 80's and only occasionally rise above 90. Spring and fall in Colorado usually boast near-perfect weather and plenty of sunshine, though early spring can bring a fair amount of wind. Winters are mild to moderate, with temperatures ranging from the low thirties to mid fifty's. It's unusual for winter temperatures to drop into the single-digits, but it's always possible! Some winters bring a significant amount of snow, but with the constant sunshine it usually melts within 2-4 days, and we have many winter days that are pleasantly sunny and crisp, rather than bitterly cold, though the weather never ceases to surprise us these days! All around, Colorado weather is among the best 4-season climates anywhere. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!
About the Ellerslie Campus
The Ellerslie Campus is a peaceful, set-apart setting with a beautiful view of the Rocky Mountains. The buildings are situated next to a sparkling lake, offering daily glimpses of the magnificent Colorado sunsets. Many of our dorm rooms have views of the mountains, and there is a quiet stillness over the entire campus - refreshingly separated from the hustle and bustle of city life, but with nearly every "big city convenience" a short 2 to 10 minute drive away.
If you stay on campus, our desire is for you to feel comfortable and feel cared for. Thus, we've created a lovely, quiet atmosphere that sets the stage for you to draw near to Christ. It is our delight to add purposeful, special touches of sparkle to your time here. . . whether it be a note on your pillow when you arrive, beautifully printed conference materials, or . . . well, you'll just have to see for yourself! WHAT AGE IS THIS CONFERENCE APPROPRIATE FOR?
This event is attended by women of all ages - from teen and college aged women to middle-aged women and older! (Content is appropriate for younger girls, as well!) Many mothers come with their daughters, and groups often come together. Since the focus of each message is on becoming set-apart for Jesus and building a deeper relationship with Him, the Truth applies to any stage of life!
WHAT'S APPROPRIATE TO WEAR TO THE CONFERENCE?
Colorado weather in June is warm and beautiful! Please feel free to dress casually (jeans, capris, skirts, etc) and in light layers to accommodate for the warmer weather. We also suggest bringing a sweater or jacket, as the morning and evening hours cool off quite a bit. (Or if you happen to sit by an AC vent in the Chapel, you'll want to bring a sweater to keep warm!)
CAN MOTHERS AND DAUGHTERS ATTEND TOGETHER?
Absolutely! We encourage mothers and daughters to attend together when possible - it is a great way to deepen your relationship with each other as you share a life-changing experience together!

About Lodging On Campus
Staying in the dorms during the conference is a great way of removing outside distractions and getting the very most out of the conference. It is also a great opportunity to connect with like-minded sisters in Christ and be encouraged down the narrow way! As an added bonus you will get an even sweeter taste of the Ellerslie environment - for those of you that crave a season set apart for seeking Christ, we encourage you consider spending 9 weeks in Colorado at Ellerslie Training.

Here is a list of everything you will need to host a simulcast - it’s simpler than you think!
* Access to high speed internet (greater than 1.5Mbps)
* A screen large enough for everyone to view comfortably
* A sound system (this could be as simple as a set of portable speakers)
* A computer with Mac OSX 10.6 and above, or a computer with Windows 7 or higher.
4-6 weeks before the LIVE event takes place (June 3rd-4th) our Simulcast Coordinator will email you detailed instructions on how to gain access to the LIVE simulcast feed, or to view the videos after the live event takes place. Please read these email thoroughly for all information and time-sensitive details.
You will have the opportunity to do a simulcast "test run" about two weeks prior to the event to work out any bugs and make sure everything is running smoothly. Information about the simulcast test runs will be sent to simulcast hosts about a month before the conference. (Please Note: Priority tech support will be given to those who participate in the test run. If you choose not to participate, we will do our best to assist you, but cannot guarantee immediate tech support.)

IS THERE A DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO HOST A SIMULCAST?
If you are hosting a LIVE simulcast, you MUST register by MAY 20th to be a part of one of our trial simulcast runs. We provide two trial runs to be sure that your system is properly set up and to provide you with our best tech support. While you can register for a LIVE simulcast after this date, however, we may not be able to provide personal tech support for your event. (i.e. ironing out any tech issues that might arise during your stream, etc)
If you are hosting a simulcast event after the LIVE event takes place, you will need to register any time before May 27th.
The conference stream will be hosted online through August 1st to accommodate you as a host.
WILL THERE BE DVD'S OF THE CONFERENCE FOR SALE?
At this point, we will not be producing DVD sets of our conferences or retreats. If you would like to view the sessions for this year's event, we encourage you to consider signing up for a simulcast. The streaming videos will be available until August 1st, providing plenty of time to watch the conference sessions!
WILL ALL OF THE SESSIONS AVAILABLE FOR STREAMING?
All General Sessions will be available to be streamed, this includes the Guest Sessions with Eric Ludy and Annie Wesche.
WILL WORSHIP BE STREAMED?
Yes, we will be streaming our live worship, lead by Ella Powell of Irish Elk Media, and welcome you to tune into these beautiful, Christ-centered times of worship. If you would like you can also arrange your own times of worship at your event.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE SESSIONS?
Sessions are available for streaming - not for downloading. If you have a special situation that you would like to present for a possible exception, please email [email protected].
CAN I HOST MORE THAN ONE EVENT?
During the streaming timeframe (until August 1st), you will be licensed to host one simulcast event only (a complimentary preview for simulcast hosts is permissible). If you desire to host more than one event in the streaming timeframe, you will need to obtain special permission from Leslie Ludy and Set Apart Girl Ministries®. To do so, please email [email protected] with a thorough explanation of your request. Our team will evaluate your request and get back with you as soon as possible.
CAN I HOST AN EVENT AFTER AUGUST 1ST?
The simulcast stream is available to simulcast hosts through August 1st and we kindly ask that you plan your event within the allotted timeframe. If you have a situation that you would like to present for a possible exception, please email [email protected] with a detailed request. Note: in order to maintain equitability amongst simulcast hosts, an additional charge may be applied for extended viewing access.
ARE THE TERMS & CONDITIONS THAT I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT?
Yes, we have Simulcast Terms & Conditions. If you are considering hosting a simulcast, we ask that you carefully review the following Terms & Conditions:
In order to maintain equitable usage of Set Apart Girl/Set Apart Motherhood ministries simulcast stream for all users, I as the host understand that my simulcast registration fee permits one single simulcast event of any size. Please read the terms and conditions below carefully.
- * I agree to not replicate, distribute, or otherwise show the video files outside of the event I signed up to host with Set Apart Girl®.
- * I understand that I am not to show the simulcast on any date(s) other than the specific dates of my event without express permission from Set Apart Girl Ministries®. (Please note: Personally previewing the material prior to your event is acceptable and does not violate the terms and conditions of this agreement.)
- * I agree to not share video access information with others, including friends and family. Video access/user information will remain in my possession as the simulcast host and will not be given out or shared with others.
- * I understand that unauthorized reproduction and or distribution is strictly forbidden and is punishable by law.

GETTING STARTED. . .
Wondering where you would host your event? Depending on your target size, you could use:
* Yours or a friend's home
* A classroom in your church
* Your church's sanctuary/auditorium
* A local auditorium or event center
CREATE AN INVITING ATMOSPHERE. . .
We encourage simulcast hosts to add special touches to their simulcast location. Be creative! Here are a few ideas that other simulcast hosts have found effective:
- Decorate the room with freshly cut flowers
- Offer refreshments and snacks in pretty serving dishes
- Provide special drinks - tea, coffee, etc!
- Play Christ-centered worship music in between sessions
Creating a beautiful atmosphere doesn't have to be an expensive endeavor. A few small touches can go a long way!
CREATE A SPIRITUAL FOCUS:
We will be streaming our live worship, lead by Ella Powell of Irish Elk Media, and welcome you to tune into these beautiful, Christ-centered times of worship. If you would like you can also arrange your own times of worship at your event.
Also adding in times of discussion, prayer, and fellowship in between the general sessions is a great way to keep your group focused, united, and sharp! Or allow the women to have some time alone in between sessions for personal prayer, journal writing and reflection.
You can also consider adding your own "Bonus Sessions" or "Workshops". Ask other women to contribute to this time by leading or facilitating on topics that correspond with the messages being shared at the simulcast.
Consider having a time of prayer, commitment, and ministry following the Saturday evening session. This can be as simple as playing worship music and allowing everyone to spend some time praying and reflecting on what God is speaking to their hearts. Providing an atmosphere where the powerful Truth received throughout the conference can sink deeply into your attendees' hearts can be very significant!

HOW TO SPREAD THE WORD. . .
To spread the word about your event, consider talking to:
+ Your Pastor or your church's Women's Ministry Director
+ Women's Bible Study Leaders
+ Your local home school co-op
Share why you are passionate about the Set Apart message, and what you hope the women in your church or community will gain from being a part of this event. Let them know how Leslie's books and messages have personally impacted you.
You can also go to your local Christian book store and ask if you can give out flyers for the event, or talk to your church about putting a notice in the bulletin. You can often promote events on community bulletin boards in your local library, malls, restaurants and cafés, coffee shops, etc.
If you are hosting an event, remember that a personal invitation is often most effective. Having a flyer or information card to share with people as you are inviting them is a nice and effective way of inviting them to your event.
